All orders will be shipped by UPS or US Postal Services unless otherwise specified.
Order processing time could take 1-5 business days, plus the shipping time.
Domestic Shipping Delivery Estimates
Allow up to 10 business days for shipment in the United States.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Free shipping on orders over $150 with the discount code WINNING.
All Next Day, 2nd or 3rd Day deliveries will only be shipped at customer’s expense.
International Shipping Delivery Estimates
Allow up to 21 business days for shipment outside the U.S. Due to COVID-19, the shipment delivery times may be significantly delayed.
Deliveries to P.O boxes and C.O.D. shipments
P.O. Box deliveries may only be fulfilled by U.S Postal Services.
C.O.D. deliveries may only be fulfilled by UPS. C.O.D. deliveries will not be dropped off at the mailbox address; the customer must be present at the time of the delivery.
In case of a C.O.D. refusal, customer will be responsible for all shipping costs as well as 25% restocking fee.
Additional charge of $15 is applied to all C.O.D. deliveries.
Frozen Product Deliveries
Frozen products are shipped only with Overnight delivery once a week on Tuesdays.
A recipient must be at the location of shipping address to accept the shipment.
Frozen product deliveries have an additional handling fee of $50.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Shortly after placing an order, the customer will receive an order confirmation email. Once the order is shipped, the customer will receive a shipment confirmation email with the tracking number(s). Allow up to 24 hours for the tracking number to be activated.
Damaged or Lost Packages
Bio Jouvance Paris is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Upon checkout the customer may add an optional shipping insurance to their order. In case the package gets lost or damaged in transit, the customer should file a claim with the insurance company, Route, https://claims.route.com/ .
